Wooohoooos and high fives go out to Kelly a.k.a. Casey who has won November’s 1 FREE Personal Training (PT) Session. After this session, we will hopefully add another RAW female to the Muscle Up group! Remember to fill out a ballot to win a PT session with a trainer of your choice. December’s winner will be drawn on Sunday the 31st.

The 7 Sacred Rules of RAW

1. I promise to do my best. My best will vary from day to day, minute to minute. But in that minute I will do my absolute best.
