The RAW CrossFit team will be in Little Lake Park Midland Sunday July 1st to celebrate Canada’s 145th Birthday Celebration.
A class session will be held at 12:00pm. Fingers crossed we will be at the same spot as last year, if not keep your eyes open for the RAW Mobile:)
Come get your WOD on, support RAWCF, and support Canada in the park on Sunday.
