Just a reminder: RAW CrossFit will be closed for the long weekend. No classes Saturday the 1st or Monday the 3rd.
We train in the gym to develop our strength and skills to make life more efficient, but also more fun. A long weekend is a great opportunity to test drive some of the new physical abilities you have been training and conditioning. Try a new sport, take a challenging camping trip, try swimming a mile etc. This is your chance to use the body that you’ve been honing for months to really live and enjoy life to the fullest.
Mobility is movement, and movement is freedom.
