RAW CrossFit would like to introduce you to our newest extracurricular activity;
RAW Barbell Club
– An old school, no nonsense strength class to implement into your CrossFit training.
Tired of feeling scrawny or weak?
Want to get stronger?
Then the RAW Barbell Club is for you!
You don’t have to have super human strength and anything fancy to join. All you need to do is show up with a positive attitude and work hard. One of the best ways to improve your WOD scores is to get stronger. Our goal with this class is to get YOU strong. Show up and put in some overtime, your body will thank you. Consider this more of a training and learning class than a competitive one. The main focus here is to better ourselves, not inflate our ego.
Using a variety sources ranging from Olympic calibre strength trainingprograms to hardcore underground tactics, the class will ELIMINATE any weaknesses you may have. Strongman and Powerlifting will be the main movements. If you have no clue what those things are then you have even more reason to partake in this badass club!
Oh, and we have new equipment coming in just for this!
The Club will have a dedicated trainer that will work with you and other class members. There are limited spots available and you must sign up for this special class on the RAWCF website. The meeting dates are to be determined but we are shooting for the first week of September. On the survey you received there is a question asking what day of the week would work best for you, so if you are interested please answer that question then head on over to the website and sign up!
Hope to see you there!

That’s fantastic! Tues or Thursday nights would be great for me

Thanks for the input Kelly. We are waiting for a few more people to fill out our class schedule survey before we fully commit to a day. So far it’s looking like Wednesday is the most popular. Perhaps you can sway some people’s votes?
