At RAW CrossFit we take nutrition very seriously. In terms of physical performance, there is always a trilogy of REST, TRAINING and NUTRITION at work. A failure to perform or achieve your goals can usually be attributed to a weakness in one of those sectors.
To get you started down the path of excellent nutrition, the RAW School of Fitness includes an introductory nutrition session early on in your fundamentals personal training, as well as a more advanced quarterly Nutrition Seminar.
