Hours & Schedule

The gym is open at 6:30am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday. Feel free to drop by and check us out. If you would like to book an intro session, please call or email us first.

Below are our current class times, if you are interested in a time that is not on this schedule, please let us know! (You can e-mail us at info@rawcrossfit.ca). We are planning to start more classes in the near future — the more feedback we get, the faster it’ll happen!

**Please note that only students who have completed the On-Ramp Program can sign-up for classes.
