For all you folks who got to sample my chocolate bars at RAW the other day, here is the very simple 10 minute recipe!!
Time: 10 min
Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
* 3-4 Tbsp coconut oil
* 1/4 cup carob powder or cocoa (optional)
* 1/2 cups ground nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds etc.)
* 3/4 cups dried shredded unsweetened coconut
* 1 Tbsp or more to taste honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Start by melting the honey and oil in a saucepan over medium heat on the stove
2. Grind nuts in food processor, then add carob and nuts and coconut
3. Form into a square by dumping into a small baking sheet and refrigerate or freeze until hard (only about 10 min!)
4. Cut and eat

I swear you won’t miss chocolate or sweets again! Ask for a sample next time you’re at the gym!

just made half a batch of these to test…..they are heavenly! Thank you so much. I used almond meal cause that what I had on hand..so i thru a few chopped nuts in so they would look like the picture
I wasnt very exact with the measurements either…just kinda thru them together
